Not sure if counselling is right for you—or if we’re the right fit? I offer a free 15-minute consultation for new clients. This is a chance for us to briefly connect, chat about what you’re looking for, and see if we’re a good match.
For couples, it also gives me a chance to make sure my services are the right fit for your needs before beginning ongoing sessions.
These calls are informal, pressure-free, and held over the phone.

Counselling
$150 sessions run for 75 minutes
Relationships are at the heart of our lives - and when a connection breaks down, it can feel painful, confusing, and isolating. I offer counselling for couples who want to improve communication, rebuild trust, navigate conflict, or strengthen emotional closeness.
Whether you’re facing a crisis, dealing with ongoing issues, or simply looking to deepen your connection, sessions provide a supportive, non-judgemental space to explore challenges and move forward together.
I draw on evidence-based modalities including attachment theory, the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT-C), family systems, and interpersonal frameworks. Each session is tailored to meet the unique dynamics of your relationship, with care and respect for every person involved.
Sessions are conducted online and are inclusive of all relationship structures and identities.

Individual Counselling $100 sessions run for 60 minutes
Life can be complex, and seeking support is a courageous step toward clarity, healing and growth. I offer individual counselling for adults who may be experiencing relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, heartbreak, life transitions, or a desire to better understand themselves.
I work from an integrative framework, tailoring the therapeutic process to each client’s unique needs. My approach draws on attachment theory, adult attachment, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), interpersonal therapy, family systems, strength-based practice, and existential approaches—helping you explore your experiences with compassion, curiosity, and care.
Sessions are delivered online in a safe, supportive and confidential space where your story is valued, and your goals are respected.
